1) Who We Are

This website (kugookirin.ae), official distributor of Kugoo / Kugoo Kirin products in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms govern your access and purchases on our site.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Disclaimer.

3) Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are shown in AED and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout.
• We may change prices, specifications, offers, and availability without prior notice.
• Images are for illustration; minor differences may occur without affecting functionality.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock error, pricing error, or suspected fraud, with full refund where applicable.

4) Ordering & Payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice.
• We accept common cards and may offer installments/BNPL via approved partners (e.g., Tabby, Tamara). Partner terms apply in addition to ours.
• By paying, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that details provided are accurate.

5) Delivery & Risk of Loss

• We deliver across the UAE (and selected GCC areas) via approved couriers.
• Estimated delivery dates are guidelines, not guarantees; delays may occur.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
• Please inspect packages upon receipt and report visible damage within 48 hours.

6) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items within 7 calendar days of delivery and only for purchases made on kugookirin.ae, subject to all conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Used or assembled items, consumables (e.g., tires/tubes/brakes), and misuse/impact/water damage are not eligible unless a factory defect is verified.

7) Warranty (Factory)

• Factory warranty covers Motor and Battery for 12 months from purchase date only.
• All claims require inspection at our authorized service center before approval.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we repair/replace the part free of charge. Otherwise, a paid repair quote is provided.

8) After-Sales Service & Parts

• We stock genuine parts and offer paid services for non-warranty issues (e.g., punctures, wear-and-tear).
• Service timelines may vary due to diagnostics and parts availability. We will keep you updated.

9) User Accounts & Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• Do not misuse the site (e.g., violate laws, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content).
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse or fraud.

10) Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by UAE and international laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent.

11) Third-Party Links & Partners

We may link to third-party sites or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12) Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question, except where prohibited by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

13) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government action, logistics disruptions, supplier delays).

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the competent UAE consumer authority or the courts of the UAE, as applicable.
